System Requirements

PC minimum system requirements

1. Windows XP SP2 or Windows Vista
2. 1.5 Ghz or better CoreDuo, 3 Ghz or better Pentium 4
3. WindowsXP - 512 MB of Ram, Windows Vista - 1 GB of Ram
4. 100 MB of free disk space for installation (dependent on whether you already have the Microsoft .NET 3.0 runtime and SQL Server Express)
5. 40 GB or more for storage of reports and movies
   

Camera requirements

1. Entry level mini DV camera with IEEE 1394 out.
2. A camera mount capable of rotating the camera so that it is shooting a portrait view

Treadmill requirements

1. A treadmill will be required.
